We Have a number of all different size workshops with 3 phase electric and water in 2 locations, We have electric gates securing the industrial site which is located on the A127 Arterial Road SS12 9JQ Between Wickford and Basildon so its a great place to be based, Most of our workshops are under the rateable value so no business rates to pay! At our other site in Wickford which is down the Downham road by the Hannigfield Reservoir CM11 1JZ

we also have electric gates securing the site which lead into the yard where 7 workshops are located with electric and water available, also under the rateable value for Business Rates.
